Refund & Exchange Policy

IMPORTANT FEDERAL LAW: Due to Covid-19, important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy that we are not accepting returns or exchanges on any products. In an effort to maintain the highest level of safety ALL EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ARE RESTRICTED until further notice. All return or exchange requests made and approved before December 1, 2020 are not included in this restriction. Please reach out to info@nalanibeautyco.com with any additional questions or concerns.

Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product. Federal law also prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used in any way. We allow our customers to open the product to inspect for quality, color, and length. If upon the inspection you feel that the product isn't something that you will use, do not remove the tag that is attached to the product. Please do not wear the product you are wishing to exchange. Used hair cannot be returned for refund or exchange, no exceptions.

  • All sales are final. Exchanges may be considered for unused products. 
  • All sales are final and no exchanges can be done on custom wig orders. 
  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels attached. No exceptions.
  • Nalani Beauty Collection is not responsible for any fees occurred to the customer to ship items back. 
  • Due to the nature of the items that we sell, we do not offer exchanges on used items. Please be sure to choose the correct lengths, textures and cap size before checking out with your order as all sales are final. Exchanges may be considered on a case by case basis.

How do I request an exchange?

  • If you would like to discuss a possible exchange please contact within 7 days of delivery via email at info@nalanibeautyco.com.
  • Please make sure you include your order number, contact information and the reason for the exchange request. 
  • Allow up to 48 hours for a response. 
  • Once you are approved for an exchange, further instructions on how to send your items back to Nalani Beauty Collection will be provided.
  • Again, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
  • If you are shipping an item over $50 in value, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
